A strategic location

This new district of Luxembourg is located in the south-east of the city, close to the district of Gasperich and the Cloche d’Or business park.

At the junction of the motorways to France, Belgium and Germany, this new quarter is directly connected to the city’s motorway ring road and benefits from a highly developed road network. Easily accessible by public transport, it is also close to the airport. The Howald peripheral railway station, destined to cater mainly for French cross-border workers, is currently in construction.

  • Luxembourg’s main station is only 1 km away.
  • Luxembourg’s international airport is only 6 km away.
  • The historic centre of Luxembourg-City is only 4 km away.

This new district is close to the city centre and benefits from high visibility, which will contribute to its future expansion. All the required authorisations needed to begin construction have been issued.
